The location was very good, directly at the hotel there is a metro station, the staff was friendly.
The hotel needs to be modernized, the bathroom does not correspond to a 3 star hotel.

The complimentary breakfast at the restaurant was hot and included eggs and meat. The hotel's location was fantastic - conveniently close to both downtown Ottawa and Kanata, Ontario. Plus, the free parking was a great bonus.
